Bill Wolkoff at Open Pike Night!
Open Pike Night is humbled to welcome Bill Wolkoff!
"Ghosts of Illyria" and "Lift Us Where Suffering Cannot Reach" provide some of Strange New Worlds' best discussion topics (and deepest emotional scars) so far, but they are not Mr. Wolkoff's first forays into writing and producing fantastic stories.
His past credits include the Emmy-nominated Star Wars: Rebels, the visually arresting Tron: Uprising, the post-apocalyptic delight Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts, and the critically-acclaimed The Man Who Fell to Earth.
Send us your questions for Bill about any of these shows, Star Trek's writing process, what it's like to join such large franchises, or simply point out the exact moment you knew what was going to happen to the First Servant!
We will also accept your usual insightful and well-phrased questions and continue to be humbled by the quality and thoughtfulness of your submissions.
You can try to ask about season 2, but he's already told us they're keeping those secrets closer to the chest than a comm-badge on a v-neck.
You have until Monday, August 29th at 2pm EDT to get your questions for Bill and your thoughts on “Ghosts of Illyria” and "Lift Us Where Suffering Cannot Reach" rounded up, recorded (remember, keep it at or under 90 seconds!) and sent to openpike@gmail.com to be featured on-stage!
