Open Pike Night is melodiously excited to welcome Nami Melumad!
In the event that our cleverly crafted byline hasn’t tipped you off, Nami Melumad is a composer for both Star Trek Strange New Worlds and Star Trek Prodigy. She’s also spent some time in that other cinematic universe recently as the composer for Thor: Love and Thunder!
As we patiently wait for the release of the Strange New Worlds score, we figured this would be a great time to learn more about the mind behind the music. This is your chance to take a musical trek of your own by asking about everything from melodies and motifs to themes and theremins, and to ask them in your own mellifluous voice!
You have until Sunday, January 15th at 8pm EST to get your questions for Nami and your thoughts on the music of Strange New Worlds rehearsed and recorded (remember, keep it at or under 90 seconds!) and send them to openpike@gmail.com to be featured on-stage.
